Claire Barber, originally from South Wales, recently relocated to our HQ in Lincoln. With over 30 years’ experience, in Sales, Marketing and Events, five years ago Claire moved from Swansea to Staffordshire, where she joined Hill Helicopters, primarily as their customer relationship manager, but additionally supporting recruitment in-house, which was one of Claire’s most rewarding roles there. Securing new team members to grow Hill Helicopters’ phenomenal HX50 prototype has fuelled Claire’s decision to move forward with recruitment. After setting up her own agency Ring Ring Recruitment, it felt like the perfect opportunity to provide a wonderful service to clients across the UK and also help candidates secure great new roles in their chosen fields. Claire has a passion for people, building teams and supporting candidates on their next journey.
Having worked for everyone from sole traders to blue-chip companies, such as BMW and Virgin Trains, for whom she provided events, customer service has always been paramount to Claire. Heading up Administration Support allows plenty of client interaction and we are delighted that Claire has joined the team here at Burnett & Lee.
