It was truly our great pleasure working with Karen and Donald Vidgeon they both had our best interest at heart. They were genuine and honest in their opinions, and they showed true empathy with our situation. We felt we were considered first, which is very unusual in this situation, but they clearly understood our needs. They explained all our options in a way we understood and made sure that we were the priority and that our choices really mattered.

They took their time through the process. They showed us respect and honesty that we’ve not experienced in sometime. They truly made a connection with us as individuals. I think they need congratulating on a fantastic job they did although we chose not to pursue selling our house at this stage - they supported our choices and made us feel very comfortable about them. I truly congratulate them both.

I have not come across Burnett and Lee previously, but they were selling a property I was interested in. Adrian the sale negotiator was extremely helpful and could not do enough to help us push the purchase through as quickly as possible and tried to answer all our questions liaising with the solicitor and seller alike.
